R&R Broadcast Equipment

As part of R&R’s product range over 130 designs were created, manufactured and sold throughout Europe.
Designs included several world firsts like the “Insulated Musa BNC”, One piece insulated bulkhead BNC, 1U Video/Audio Patch Panel, Powercon Mains Distribution Units, setback brackets, MDU switch guards, U size cable trays.
Unique manufacturing processes were also developed which allowed for example extruded patch panels to be punched on a CNC Turret Punch.
A sealed “Clean Room” powder paint shop was designed and manufactured. This compromised of a water back booth coupled to a cleanroom and gas powered oven.
To compliment this a Vapour degreasing system was integrated externally to the setup.
